Product Availability
We aim to make sure our products are usually available. However, should they occasionally be unavailable, we will let you know at the time of order when you can expect to receive them.

Only available to residents of UK and Northern Ireland.

Animal Testing
Kilrock and Aquo products are not tested on animals. All suppliers of formulations and ingredients must also adhere to this policy.

Payment and pricing
Payment over the internet can be made using a credit card such as Visa or Mastercard or through Maestro (formerly Switch). Please note: we are not able to accept American Express or Visa Electron cards.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at 17.5%

Delivery
Individual product prices exclude postage and packaging, which is shown separately and included in the invoice total. Products should be received within 10 working days after receipt of order.

Returns
If you are unhappy in any way with any of the products you have purchased, please call Kilrock Products Ltd on 01494 793900 and we will refund your money in full or replace the products.

Privacy and security

Personal Information
When you make a purchase from this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact and credit card details. We will only use this data to fulfil our agreement with you. When your order has been processed your credit card details will be deleted. We will only use your contact details to communicate with you about your purchase. We will not use your details to send you advertisements. We will not share your information with other companies.

Cookies
When you make a purchase the Secure Server will place a Session Cookie on your machine. This small text file does not contain personal information and is removed when your online session is ended. The cookie is used by the Secure Server to confirm your machine's identity when you move from Secure to Unsecured mode and back again. This ensures that your session has not been intercepted and diverted to another machine.
